Common Calibration Issues

• If your system recalibrates while it is raised in the ceiling, hit the recalibrate screen on the home screen after the goal is lowered.
• Usually, if your system attempts to calibrate while the goal is raised, you will see a "recalculating splines" screen. Lower the gaol, and then hit recalibrate.
• If you see a screen that says, "Initializing Camera", you may have lost connection to the sensor due to loss of power. Call us, and we can verify that your USB is active and you still have power to the sensor.
